As you can tell I have slowed down on blogging. My life has gotten very busy, and with David gone, it's been a blessing.
I have been blogging now for a whole year! I've had ups and downs, but I have enjoyed every minute and hope you did too. Thank you everyone for the comments, they always made me excited to see them.
Recently my cousin's wedding planning business has sky-rocketed. She named me her business partner, so I expect to be even busier!
Right now I am updating the website and blog over at http://www.lovebloomseventdesign.com/ if you still wanted to read me.
Thank you all for following me on my journey.
Merry Christmas, Happy new year, and so long.

lights!
This weekend was spent with my buddy. We got to have a Twilight Saga marathon and then went and looked at the boat lights on Lake Washington and then the Bellevue Botanical gardens. Christmas lights just make me feel so happy. Christmas is this weekend! I can hardly contain myself!!!!
And now for my outfit! I had 3 pictures, BUT Blogger yet again only uploaded 1.

don't judge
Okay...I got a little lazy. I did not take pictures of the outfits....so....I photoshopped them a little bit.
This is what they DID look like. #25 & #26 Hoping to finally finish this week!
Kind of gross. I know.
Ketchup
I need to play a little catch up. I realize that.
I have been so busy and that extra 30 minutes of sleep feels sooooo good.
Tonight I am going to a play, but will be able to "ketchup".

is that a bat?
I went to work yesterday with this huge bow on my head, the first thing I hear someone say, "Is that a bat on your head?"
Don't worry I got plenty of compliments on it too.
Yesterday we had the Christmas party at work. Everyone go to play bingo for prizes and you will never guess who was the caller....Me! It was a tough job, but someone had to do it.
Here's what I wore yesterday:

For some reason my computer will only download 1 picture....So stupid.
Tonight I pick up my best friend from the airport! Can you say slumber party?

Christmas Table
This year we are starting a new Christmas tradition! Every Christmas dinner will represent another country. This year we chose....drum roll...Mexico! Mexican food, my favorite! And now that I just finished college Spanish, I can speak Spanish all night.....did I tell you I got a C- in Spanish?
So I decorated the table for Christmas dinner .Seeing as we didn't have any Spanish decorations lying around I got a little creative.
Green Table cloth, green chargers, our Christmas plates (we each have our own with a different design), candles, wicker balls, and flowers (fake).
What do you think?!
I will post outfit #24 tonight. I was rushing out the door for my works Christmas party.
Feliz Navidad!

creative
7 more days. Everyone else participating in the 30 for 30 is done, pretty sure. And here I am, lagging behind.
This weekend I got a lot of chores/errands done, hung out with a lot of friends. Celebrated my graduation with family, watched movies/ shows, and got a little crafty! (Scroll down to see craft)....
Today's outfit came from the laundry. Didn't even make it onto hangers. From the floor to my body.
| top- Macys sweater- Banana Republic skirt- Love Culture shoes- Target |
I attempted to make one this weekend. Of course its not as good as the other ones, but its my first try.
Happy Monday everyone!

let's get down to business
Got my business cards in yesterday! I ordered them off of Vistaprint. I have always been happy with the items I get from them until I ordered these cards. When I got the box (3 weeks ago) my cards were on magnets...So I emailed them and said that I did in fact click magnets, but that wasn't what I wanted. I said I just wanted regular cards and was disappointed how confusing their site was. So they gave me in store credit and I was able to get 1,500 cards. I don't think I will ever run out.

Anti-rust sealant for metal pieces
Clear-drying epoxy
Distilled water
Dash of glycerin
Large silver or white glitter (smaller versions will float at the top)
Instructions:
- Use clear-drying epoxy to adhere your piece to the inside of the lid. Let dry per instructions.
- After the epoxy dries completely, fill your jar with distilled or boiled water (at room temperature, of course).
- Add just a dash of glycerin so the “snow” falls slowly.
- Add as much glitter as you like. If you don’t like the look of glitter, you can usually find faux snow at craft and haberdashery stores.
- Screw your lid on tightly and enjoy your snow globe!
